Clink Clank

After long periods of peace, people started questioning the validity of Shan Hai legends. Now, it is time for you to fight against the crab monster and save the town.


Clink Clank is a Virtual Reality game.

In this game, the player acts as a Mecha Operator in a Chinese town in a distant cyberpunk future.

What I did

Narrative Design

  • Background story of the game, including monsters, settings, and main storyline.

Environment and Level Design

  • Neon signs and Oriental building

  • Location of enemy and player spawn

  • Fighting arena

  • VFX of the floating lanterns

Level Design

We want the player to see where the enemy spawns so that they will prepare for the fight. Also, we highlighted the temple to remind the player to protect it. Because the fight is bound and we do not want the players to step outside the city, we use buildings to block their sight.
